Object Description

The apartment building, commissioned in 2022, is located next to the drawbridge over the Dziwna Strait.  You can reach the western beach in Dziwnów along the strait, passing the breakwaters and the Martwa Dziwna Lake (10-minute walk, approx. 800 m).


The facility includes: an elevator, a parking space in the garage, a swimming pool area
(swimming pool, paddling pool for children, jacuzzi, sauna, also a frost cave in summer), playground on the patio.

Rules of stay

We welcome pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, including on the balcony. Possibility of comfortable stay for 5 people.

The final section „Dates and prices” contains sample prices for 1 day – longer dates are agreed individually. Special dates such as holidays, cultural events or school holidays may influence price changes, which are noted in the appropriate notes for a given month.

The rental price includes: Netflix, Wi-Fi, parking space in the garage and use of the swimming pool area. We do not charge a service fee, cleaning fee or deposit.
